Wildcats Claim Individual Honors

Jason McNeil took Individual Region 16 Honors for the season and Kaden Atkinson finished second as the South Summit Wildcats finished another strong Region 16 season. Joining McNeil and Atkinson in the top five was Brett Willis who placed fifth over all. All three golfers will be competing in the 2A State Championship (Oct 5-6) at Soldier Hollow

Wildcat Golfers Take Region

For the second year in a row the South Summit Boys Golf team has claimed the Region 16 title. Kaden Atkinson led all golfers with low round with Jason McNeil placing 2nd and Brett Willis coming in 5th overall. With three scores in the top five the Wildcats cruised to 10 stroke victory over runner-up Providence Hall.

    South Summit Cross Country team got ready for yet another meet on September 7th at the Oakley Rodeo Grounds.  Joining South Summit was North Summit and the Oakley School, who hosted the meet. XC Team runs in BYU’s Autumn Classic

   BYU’s Autumn XC Classic was held on Saturday, Sept. 3rd. The course consists of three 1-mile grassy loops, each lap finishing on the sky-blue track in the shadow of Y Mountain. Brothers Koven and Stuart Card, along with Sam Galati, ran for the Wildcats in the Freshman/Soph race. Koven smashed his PR (personal record)
